Types of Membership:
Member Is available to all individuals interested in the advocacy of programs and services for people with disabilities. It includes professionals employed in the fields of rehabilitation and allied areas, vendors and other providers of services, as well as advocates for rehabilitation who wish to be actively involved in the goals and activities of NRA. Members are eligible for all rights and benefits, including voting and holding offices at chapter, regional, and national levels. They receive the Journal of Rehabilitation, the Contemporary Rehab news magazine, a certificate of membership, and other published information and services offered to eligible members.
Organization Is available to all organizations interested in furthering their employee's careers in rehabilitation. The CEO, or designees, is the voting NRA member. Organization membership receives five (5) copies of the Journal and Newsletter an five (5) CEO identified employees receive member rates to conferences and publications. Organization members are entitled to all the rights and privileges of Member.
Student Is available to all full-time students in the field of rehabilitation. Student members are entitled to rights and privileges of Member: Student membership expires with graduation, at which time other categories apply.
Donor Support of NRA:
Individual and Institution
Individual and Institution donor support category is available to retirees, family members, and any others who want to support the National Rehabilitation Association. Individual and Institution donors receive the Contemporary Rehab news magazine. This is not a membership. Donors are not eligible to vote, hold office, join a division or receive other membership benefits. |
